I only knew of a liquor store in Kobe that carried Wakakoma, but Sugimoto Shoten told me they had just started carrying it, so I bought it here. I read on a social networking site of a certain liquor store that it is unpressurized. Aizan had it written on the label that it was unpressurized.
Dry, sharp and dry. Muscat-like flavor. I think I prefer the Aizan I drank before because it was sweeter and more delicious.... It was drier than I expected and different from what I thought it would be 😢.
It is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 90%.
The third picture is the exterior of Sugimoto Shoten. I was afraid I would get angry if I took a picture from the front 😅I turned it off because there was a car parked in front of the store.

The younger one (son?) says that Kinkame should be appreciated more. He is a funny guy who gets excited when I tell him that I know Sanko Masamune.
