bouken
It seems to be a brewery that used to sell it in vats to Kenryo until recently, and it is said that it is a sake that is not yet on the market. It has a matured feeling, sourness and sweetness. If you like Asahi Wakamatsu, it will be good for you. Personally, I could feel the sweetness more than Asahi Wakamatsu, so I might like this one.
All of the sake of this brewery is
Yamahai brewing
4-stage brewing
unfiltered sake
70% polished
I heard that. If I'm wrong, I'll correct it.

It's supposed to be a heated sake, but when I heated it up, the spiciness stood out and it was hard to drink. I prefer to drink it cold.
