I bought it at a tasting and sale at Kintetsu Kusatsu, and when I told them I saw it on SNS, they gave me a petit ochoko. It's small and not very practical, but it's a cute size. I was often asked, "Do you have any sake? I was often asked "Do you have any Nama-shu? It tastes fresh and green, as is typical of nama-shu. It has a good balance of sweet, bitter, and spicy. It also has a slightly fizzy taste. The third leaflet was given to me by the brewery. The acidity is a little high. It tasted sweeter after a while than when it was just opened. According to the official Instagram, the family made sake together for the first time in the absence of the brewery's master brewer. It's not as refined as Urasato, but it has a melon-like taste similar to Urasato and Kirizukuba.

Good evening, bouken🌙. Thank you for your purchase in Shiga🙇⤵️Thank you for traveling so far💦. I was surprised at the absence of the toji 😳‼️It looks like it was made by you and your wife with remote guidance.

Good evening, Ponchan 😀 It took me only an hour or so to get there by Shinkansen, so it didn't seem that far away 😁. Is it remote because of the old age of the master of the brewery?

Good morning ☀️ Melon🍈 is fascinating ✨. I don't know why 🙏 I wonder if they are having a tough time running their business because they don't even have a cellar, don't come with tastings for liquor stores, etc. I just hope I'm not right 😰.

Good morning, I'm looking for some of your products. I see, I hope I didn't hit the mark 😰I wonder if they are mainly exported since they have won awards overseas and are not distributed except locally. I was wondering.

Purchased at Kusatsu Kintetsu with Tomitsuru. Sake made from brown rice. It has a golden color with a hint of orange. You may not believe it tastes like plum wine, but it has a savory taste like cookies. Is this the graininess? It tastes strange and not like sake. I would like to drink it with soda if it were higher in alcohol content, but since it is 14%, I think that would be too much to ask. Some people described it as tasting like mirin (sweet sake) 😅.

Hi bouken😃 I've been wanting to try it but haven't had the courage to give it a try 💦 If it's like plum wine, it sounds delicious😄.

Hello Pon-chan😄 I was imagining it to be worse than it is, so I was fine with it, but it's not very sake-like and has a strong taste 😅.

It was on sale at the Kintetsu Department Store, so I drank it at a tasting. The name "Aichi Shuzo" is not "Aichi" but "Echi". I heard it won an award overseas. I got the impression that it was a fruity food sake. I felt a little bit of maturity. I bought a bottle of the raw sake I was looking for and left.

Thanks for the Kusatsu Kintetsu event, bouken💦. I've never had Tomitsuru, but I think it was a good price for this one 😳 Looking forward to your review of the draft sake 😄.

Hello Ponchan 😃 There are 2 types of Junmai Daiginjo and I think this one was around 5000 yen 💸. Oh, I also went to Ogawa Sake Shop 🤗.

Not Yamada Nishiki, but Watarifune. Yamada-Nishiki is like Nadeshiko yeast. It smells like grapes. When you drink it, it tastes like grape. Bitterness is trace. It is a little short on sweetness.... I'd like to buy Yamadanishiki if I see it.

Good evening, bouken🤗. As you said, I think Laughing Four Seasons has a sweeter taste than Yamadanishiki. I'm not sure what yeast they use, but I expect it's black or red as in sensation 🤔...

Good evening Rigel 😀 I think most of the Shoki I've had were Watarifune or Ginbuki 😅I'd like to try the Yamada Nishiki Shoki 😊.

Good evening, bouken! I went to buy this sake, but there was only one bottle left and I gave up 😭 lol Shiki, I heard that the sweetness was reduced this year as a whole. I'm not sure if it's the same for the other two.

I'm sorry to keep repeating myself 💦 but from the blog of the store I go to, Ogawa Sake Brewery, I told the president of Laughing Four Seasons that they don't have a supremacy of sweet sake, and he replied that they changed the materials so that the amino acids are reduced and the aroma is milder.

I don't think this is the only reason, but it seems to be one of the causes. Sorry for the long post 🙏.

bouken, good morning ☀️. Yes, it's right next to Keihan Hamaotsu. They only sell Shiga sake. They have the Tekiragawa you were drinking, Suzukabuto, Tomitsuru, Laughing Four Seasons Retro Label, etc. 🍶.

I didn't know they even carry Suzukabuto and Tomizuru 😯. I'll go there next time 😉.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store in Kusatsu. I was curious about this brand because Shinjo-san sometimes drinks it. Mochizuki Sake Brewery😅 which is not registered in Sakenawa. It's not written on the label, but it was written as Josen at the store. Reasonably priced, less than 1000 yen including tax. It tastes like a honjozo but with a gentle taste. Almost no sweetness, but not too spicy. It has a citrusy acidity. It has the same sensation as when you drink traditional sake made from 100 bales of rice. I wonder if you have to go to the brewery to buy the raw sake.

Good morning, I'm sorry to hear about this. They don't sell them at all in Osaka, so I can only buy them by having them shipped to me. There used to be a place in Sakai where I could buy Kouga-no-sato from the same brewery, but my husband stopped buying it this year due to old age, so it's getting harder and harder.

Hello Shinjo-san😄 I see that the liquor store in Sakai has quit 😢. There is a liquor store in Hankyu Awaji that is strong in Shiga sake, so it would be nice if they would carry it...

I wanted to buy a certain sake, so I went on an expedition to Shiga 🚃 and bought it at Kintetsu Department Store while visiting a liquor store in Kusatsu. I recommend it because it covers almost all the sake breweries in Shiga Prefecture. I was surprised to see that they had all of the Kinkame's nama sake, including the red sake made from unpolished rice 😯. I had never seen Tomitsuru and Suzukabuto on sale before. I bought a few other bottles 😄. I think the Aichi brewery of Tomitsuru will be there during the GW season, so I might go there. The production of Tereikawa is quite small, so it is only sold at the brewery's direct sales outlet, Kintetsu Department Store in Kusatsu, or Nishimoto Sake Shop in Kyoto. It has a thick and mild taste. It smells like Shaoxing sake or aged sake. The taste itself is not matured. It tastes strange. The second half has a strong alcohol taste. It tastes like an alcoholic drink. I have bitter memories of a Junmai Daiginjo I bought before that had a strong off-flavor and I couldn't drink it all... Some reviewers say that this sake has a fruity aroma, but I wonder if I'm missing something. I wonder if they are packing old wine? It smells so good that I wonder if it's filled with old wine🤪. I think the fruity flavor came out a few days after opening the bottle. I think it might be sweeter when drunk with food than on its own.

Good morning. I guess Osaka is still too far away for me to go to TEREIKAWA. Kinkame, Suzukabuto, and Teirogawa are heaven for me, but Kusatsu is a bit far away.

Good morning, Shinjo-san. I didn't find any Tekirogawa at liquor stores in Kusatsu city, so there might not be many places where you can buy it in Shiga.... I found some Kiaranou and Kou no Izumi too!
