Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store in Kusatsu.
I was curious about this brand because Shinjo-san sometimes drinks it.
Mochizuki Sake Brewery😅 which is not registered in Sakenawa.
It's not written on the label, but it was written as Josen at the store. Reasonably priced, less than 1000 yen including tax. It tastes like a honjozo but with a gentle taste. Almost no sweetness, but not too spicy.
It has a citrusy acidity. It has the same sensation as when you drink traditional sake made from 100 bales of rice.
I wonder if you have to go to the brewery to buy the raw sake.

Good morning, I'm sorry to hear about this.
They don't sell them at all in Osaka, so I can only buy them by having them shipped to me.
There used to be a place in Sakai where I could buy Kouga-no-sato from the same brewery, but my husband stopped buying it this year due to old age, so it's getting harder and harder.

Hello Shinjo-san😄
I see that the liquor store in Sakai has quit 😢.
There is a liquor store in Hankyu Awaji that is strong in Shiga sake, so it would be nice if they would carry it...
