Sightseeing in Aizuwakamatsu
I went there only hoping to see the snow-covered castle, and although my wish came true, I froze in the blizzard. 🌨️
After experiencing the history and culture, we went on a sake tour!
At Miyazumi Meizumi brewery, famous for "Keiraku", we were able to sample and compare three different kinds of sake☺.
Junmai Sake
Fresh aroma of melon.
Umami and sour taste.
It has a dry aftertaste and is easy to drink.
Junmai Ginjo
It has a gorgeous aroma of melon, melon and citrus fruits with a sweet and sour taste!
It has a mildly sweet, umami taste and is very drinkable.
Junmai Daiginjo, low-temperature long-term storage
It has a sweet aroma like honey.
The first thing that hits the palate is a sweet and sour taste reminiscent of marmalade jam, which is very impressive. ✨️
The taste is very much like sake, with a lot of alcohol and richness.

Good evening, kuruma fu 😃 Happy New Year! I look forward to working with you again this year. I prefer Miyazumi junmai sake, but I hear that junmai ginjo is also very tasty 🤤The snow-covered Aizuwakamatsu castle is also very atmospheric and nice.
