Purchased after tasting at Takarazuka Hankyu I thought it was too refreshing from the time I tasted it, but I thought it might be possible during a meal. It's like clear water, but a little smoky. It felt even more refreshing than when I tasted it💦. I wonder if the smokiness is a peculiarity of this brewery. I'd like to have more depth of flavor, but I guess that's not the concept of this sake. I'm sorry to say this after tasting it, but I preferred the hi-ire junmai ginjo, but ended up choosing the nama-shu. I'm a sake drinker, so I got into the bad habit of choosing nama-zake even if I thought the taste was subtle. The smokiness went away when I transferred it to the Sandesi. but it's still smoky😅.
