ましらのやまさんJunmai-shu, rice polishing ratio 70%, ALC 14%.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This sake is smooth, without any peculiarities, and comes in easily.
The proprietress told us that the firefly squid must be caught in the morning to be delicious.
We finished off the meal by having zosui (rice porridge) made with this broth.
Tonight, too, we were able to enjoy delicious fish and snacks with good sake.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Tominokou from Namegawa, Toyama Prefecture, 60% polished rice ratio, 18% ALC
Slightly dry...little aroma and a crisp sake. 😃.
I was surprised at the size of the daikon radish in the oden 😅
There was no "crab mask" which I was expecting a little this time.
I wish I had made a reservation because it takes a lot of time and effort .... I'll look forward to the next time....

⭐️⭐️⭐️
This sake has a refreshing taste with the taste of rice. 😊
When I made the reservation, I asked for the sashimi platter, but they said the normal amount is too much, so I'll make it less.... 😋
The 'sashimi platter for one' I saw at the restaurant was more than I expected, about 2-3 servings in a Kanagawa Prefecture izakaya. 😅
I'm glad I believed what the proprietress said.
The smaller single serving was also small in quantity, but the variety was not half as large and 7-10 different kinds were served. 😃
This sashimi and firefly squid was enough for me to enjoy my sake. 😉
Maiko, Toyama: 20230406 ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Mashiranoyama 😃 Enjoying your trip to Toyama 😊 Wow! I can't believe it's only for one person 😳 and the firefly squid makes for a refreshing sake 🍶🤗. ましらのやまさんHi Jay & Nobby. We were able to enjoy 6 different kinds of sake with the 2 items we reserved 🤗Toyama has a high level of sushi at conveyor-belt sushi restaurants and many restaurants offering local fish, making it difficult to choose a restaurant. The white shrimp lunch on the last day was also excellent 😋. ましらのやまさんJunmai-shu, 65% rice polishing ratio, 15% ALC
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was surprised to see the label "Izakaya Maiko" on it😃.
I think it is slightly tinted.
It was a delicious sake with rice flavor.
The "Kama-age Hotaru-ika (firefly squid)" cooked with seasonal firefly squid in broth is delicious 😋.
The brewery's website states that their sake is "the best junmai sake in Toyama" and "Yoshinotomo is dedicated to junmai", so you can feel the enthusiasm of the proprietress for sake.
🥰
Maiko, Toyama: 20230406 single ポンちゃんGood evening, Mashira no Yama!
I see that you have the sake brewery make it for you 😳‼️ must be a very popular restaurant or they put a lot of effort into their sake 😊. ましらのやまさんHi, Pon. The restaurant is cooked by one proprietress and staffed by 2 people 🫠 the food you reserved will be served slowly, don't be impatient 🫣 they are too busy to answer the phone from opening until around 22:00... 😅 ましらのやまさんJunmai 100% Yuyamanishiki produced in Toyama
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15%.
It was a smooth sake with a flavor similar to that of Kozenjosui.
Maiko Izakaya in Toyama has sake from Toyama that is not listed on the menu, and when I asked the proprietress about it, she happily replied, "Yes, we have it: ‼︎".
The person sitting next to me, who was alone, and the two ladies next to her had such a lively discussion about sake that I hardly took any notes.
Tomorrow, on April 7, I will visit the brewery of Manjusen. I am very much looking forward to it, as I have gotten information from a friend that "there is a store called "Saseki" where you can compare various types of Mansyuusen only, which is directly managed by the Mansyuusen brewery.
I plan to compare various brands and types of Mansyuusen sake that I have never encountered in Kanagawa Prefecture.
Maiko, Toyama: 20230406 single ましらのやまさんYamahai Junmai Nao Kumi Nama Nama Sake
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 18%.
Slightly dry without the characteristic Yamahai habit. We had encountered a Yamahai Junmai with the same label design, but this was our first time to try a directly pumped nama sake, so we checked in 😊.
Maybe it was a reward for meeting Sanhaoraku at Suganuma in Gokayama and stopping by the brewery 😋.
