Alcohol content: 18%.
I came to Bessho Onsen.
We found a bottle of freshly squeezed new sake from Kamito, so we opened it right away.
It is rough but surprisingly round. I think last year's was more punchy.
I guess freshness prevails 😋.
With rice prices soaring, we are grateful to the brewery for the new sake as usual 🫂.
The soba noodles were from Ogiso Flour Mills😄.

I also drank some of Kamidori's Arabashiri.
It was fresh, but I could drink it easily without tingling.
I got 3 bottles of the green label light nigori 😊.

I went to the Hexagon Festival on Friday, the day before the festival, and stopped by the brewery store, but the green label was gone and it was all replaced with Yamae Nishiki Nama Sake 😭.
I'm jealous 🥹.
