Purchased at Baba and Sasaki Sake Store
I bought this because the Hideyoshi I was given to drink before was so good!
It's still the same unpasteurized Hideyoshi I had back then!
Kamisumi has a citrusy sweetness! Full-bodied 🍊 orange^ ^^.
The nigori is tightened by the bitterness of the sake lees^ ^ ^.
It's good❗️. KumakichiAfter catching the red dragonfly of the Senkin, I was organizing the refrigerator and found it, so I opened a bottle.
It's the same Senkou sake, but it tastes different.
It has a mellow melon-like fruitiness on the palate, but the finish is clean and crisp.
When it becomes lukewarm, the strong aftertaste stands out more.
I like to drink Senkou often, but I like this one very much.
Rice polishing ratio: Koji rice 35%, Kake rice 50% (domestic rice, produced in Sakura city, Tochigi prefecture)
Alcohol level: 15 degrees (unpasteurized) KumakichiI just had my first Tenbi, which I've been curious about since a lot of people posted about it!
When I opened the bottle right away, it was an elegant bottle with sweetness and acidity that cut through very nicely!
I almost opened a bottle in one day, so I stopped at the right place!
Rice polishing ratio: 60%.
