Kumakichi
After catching the red dragonfly of the Senkin, I was organizing the refrigerator and found it, so I opened a bottle.
It's the same Senkou sake, but it tastes different.
It has a mellow melon-like fruitiness on the palate, but the finish is clean and crisp.
When it becomes lukewarm, the strong aftertaste stands out more.
I like to drink Senkou often, but I like this one very much.
