Gorgeous apple aroma🍎.
Citrusy taste 🍊
Bitter aftertaste😣.
I rather like the taste, but not the aftertaste.
But overall it's a good drink.
I just wish it had a better aftertaste.

Everyone loves Katsuma.
It's delicious. It's balanced, classic, safe, but not boring? Well, I like it.
I heard they don't have much out of Toyama, but this place has it in the usual places!

Honami Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Harajuku Yamadanishiki
I rather like this sake even though it is Yamadanishiki, and I have no problem at all with refills. This year's Honami was pretty good, and I'm looking forward to next year's!
