This is interesting. It really feels like a white wine.
The refreshing acidity and the sweet yeasty yeastiness at the end are good.
I can't say I like it, but I enjoyed it with oden by itself.

Tamanomitsu Junmai Ginjo Natsume Shuku 100%.
Rainy season day. Humid and muggy.
We had a glass of Tamanomitsu summer sake. I think this is the first time for me to drink Tamanomitsu.
It's a very good sake. Firmly sweet and delicious. It has a gentle and elegant sweetness. The aftertaste is pungent.
You can feel the freshness of the freshness, but if you ask me if it is summery.......................
But it is delicious. I like it.

Nagatoro Junmai Naokumi Unfiltered Nama-shu
Purchased at the inspiration of my wife.
The sake rice is sake Musashi, and this is the first time we have drunk it.
It is delicious!
It is soft and sweet, yet refreshing. It also has a freshness that is typical of nama-zake.
As the temperature rises, it becomes mellower and more voluminous.
I prefer it when it is cooled down to a cooler temperature.
My wife's motto is, "All unfiltered nama sake is delicious. So far, there is no doubt about it.
