This is interesting. It really feels like a white wine.
The refreshing acidity and the sweet yeasty yeastiness at the end are good.
I can't say I like it, but I enjoyed it with oden by itself.

We had a glass of Tamanomitsu summer sake. I think this is the first time for me to drink Tamanomitsu.
It's a very good sake. Firmly sweet and delicious. It has a gentle and elegant sweetness. The aftertaste is pungent.
You can feel the freshness of the freshness, but if you ask me if it is summery.......................

As the temperature rises, it becomes mellower and more voluminous.
I prefer it when it is cooled down to a cooler temperature.
