Second glass of Kuheiji Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50% polished rice Jun Daiginjyo of Yamadanishiki, the best rice in the world for sake brewing! The aroma is fruity, and the taste is sweet and delicious, with an elegant sizzle. ❗️ It's a little bit fruity and goes down smoothly 😁.

Today is our 25th wedding anniversary💒. Yes, it's our silver wedding anniversary ❣️ To show our gratitude, we're going out for dinner just the two of us today! We are celebrating with soba kaiseki! Of course sake is a must 😊. First partner is Oroku Jouki Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake It's a three-star of Ohroku ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Of course it's delicious👍 Overflowing sweet and juicy, a super high quality ramune! My wife also repeatedly said "Delicious ❗️ Perfectly paired with soba kaiseki 👌
