It was recommended to me at a hotel in Matsumoto and I enjoyed it with grilled fish. Although it is labeled as "super dry," it was easy to drink and gentle on the palate.

The brewery is located in Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture, and it has a strong, tasty, and mellow flavor that is perfect for seafood. The brewery seems to be particular about rice produced in Tottori Prefecture, and the variety called "strong" attracts me because of its name...

The taste of rice is in good balance. Delicious to drink in gulps...in a sense, a dangerous sake (lol).

It was a good sake, not too spicy or sweet, reasonably priced, and easy to pair with meals.
