I was wondering about you, Mr. Two Rabbits. Nice to meet you! As soon as I opened the bottle, I felt that it was a well-balanced sake with a thin characteristic, but after a few days of drinking, I was surprised to find that the daiginjo feeling came rushing in! I was surprised to see the Daiginjo-feel coming through. I agree with the description "a sake that shows various faces"! It is a bottle that you can enjoy the change of taste little by little, and find your favorite state.

I used to think that warming up sake was old wine. I thought so, but this girl told me differently. It is delicious. The top is a little sharp, but the spread is thin, weightless, and smooth... a taste that I personally find lacking. However, when it is heated up, it becomes a big hit! The alcohol blooms with the temperature and fills in the missing parts with a richness that makes for the best balance. It's wonderful. Personally, I think this is a bottle for warming up. It's a must have for the winter holidays.

Chita Peninsula, Aichi Prefecture, where Centrair is located. Harada Sake Brewery in Higashiura, on the east side of the peninsula. Purchased at a nearby supermarket, Yamanaka. Speaking of Higashiura, there is Aeon or Ramen Tamakyo. It is delicious. I like it. But I usually pass by and have business in Kariya. Sorry, Higashiura. Taste of alcohol There is a sense of alcohol in the head and the second half, but the middle is a refreshing feeling that flows smoothly. Yes, water in the middle. Compared to today's sake, it has less of a ginjo flavor. Perhaps that is why the light punch of alcohol leaves a lasting impression. Is it a traditional junmai ginjo? Well, that's just it, but the name is still good! A good encounter! A bottle that makes you want to say to each other and share a cup of sake. Or a bottle you want to send to a new beginning A refreshing relationship for a long time, rather than a harsh, sweet, or fruity one. Because, you see, you don't get tired. Let's meet once in a while at an appropriate distance. Put aside taste and preference. This is, yes, a celebratory sake. It's like a sacred wine. I wish you all good encounters!

Purchased at Nagoya Sakae Mitsukoshi Depa. Refrigerated and manufactured in August 25 Slightly fruity mid-palate, with a sourness sensation in the second half of the bottle. Delicious. Sake that looks good in a glass I don't remember what it is, but I once had a sake that was marketed as "wine-like," and I got the impression that it was similar in direction. I was able to recognize again that wine-like sake = fruity and acidic sake. I was able to recognize it again!
