Slightly fruity mid-palate, with a sourness sensation in the second half of the bottle. Delicious.
Sake that looks good in a glass
I don't remember what it is, but I once had a sake that was marketed as "wine-like," and I got the impression that it was similar in direction.
I was able to recognize again that wine-like sake = fruity and acidic sake. I was able to recognize it again!
