I used to think that warming up sake was old wine.
I thought so, but this girl told me differently. It is delicious.
The top is a little sharp, but the spread is thin, weightless, and smooth... a taste that I personally find lacking.
However, when it is heated up, it becomes a big hit!
The alcohol blooms with the temperature and fills in the missing parts with a richness that makes for the best balance.
It's wonderful.
Personally, I think this is a bottle for warming up.
It's a must have for the winter holidays.
