Taste of alcohol
There is a sense of alcohol in the head and the second half, but the middle is a refreshing feeling that flows smoothly. Yes, water in the middle. Compared to today's sake, it has less of a ginjo flavor. Perhaps that is why the light punch of alcohol leaves a lasting impression. Is it a traditional junmai ginjo?
