Junmai, Yamadanishiki. It is firm, so it should be served with strong snacks. Easy to drink. Sake from Yamaguchi.

Junmai Ginjo, Ginrei in spring. Refreshing ginjo aroma. Dry taste. Good with rice. Seafood is good.

This is a pure, unpasteurized sake. Sweet and sour. It has a hint of yogurt. It goes well with dessert rather than rice.
