This is my first snowman. I've heard rumors that it's delicious, so I'm delighted to be able to buy and drink it. The aroma is that of lactic acid. Because of the low alcohol content, the aroma doesn't spread quickly as if it were vaporizing, but rather settles at the bottom of the glass. I feel that a wine glass with a narrower mouth is more suitable. The mouthfeel is light and smooth. It goes in smoothly, but as soon as it enters the mouth, the tongue is enveloped by a popping sensation of bubbles. When the foaming settles down, the sweetness of the rice and the bitterness of the alcohol come at the same time. The sweetness and bitterness disappear without lingering, but the small amount of rice that remains in the mouth gives a little sweetness. It is often described as "silky", but I wonder if the smoothness makes it that way. Personally, I think it is like powdered snow. It melts quickly, but it remains moist, which is a good match. I felt that smooth food goes well with snacks. I feel that tofu, albacore, and foods with a smooth texture go well with it. Because of the acidity, it seems to go well with fatty foods such as tempura. Personally, I felt it was a sake I would like to enjoy with motsunabe ✨. This was my first snowball and it's very tasty✨.

I felt that the flavor with a little punch bloomed and scattered. Very tasty✨. I tasted it with oden. It was tasty enough, but I think it might go better with sashimi. I think it goes great with white meat, but I personally think it goes better with red meat.

Of course the sweetness is strong because it is a noble sake, but the acidity is moderate and it does not feel too strong. The taste itself is crisp thanks to the acidity. On the other hand, as for the aroma, you can feel a long aftertaste with a mixture of refreshing aroma and rich sweet aroma. You can feel the sweetness, umami, and aroma firmly, and because it has moderate acidity, it goes well with foods with strong flavors and a lot of oil. I think it is best when paired with hamburgers with demi-glace sauce or Rossini. Because the taste of the sake itself is rich, it can be enjoyed in small quantities.

If you like isoamyl acetate, you will like this flavor, but the acidity is not high, so it may be recommended for those who can taste the bitterness of vinegar iso for a long time.
