☆☆☆☆☆ Five breweries managed to conquer. Compared to the previous Honjozo, it seems to have a little bit of a peculiar taste. It also has a slight sourness that I had not felt before. ☆☆☆☆☆ Bullet to Itoigawa to eat anglerfish hot pot. So, local sake. The first one is Yukitsuru. The aroma is like a strong sake, but it is easy to drink. It is not light and dry, but slightly sweet. I think it is good.
