This is "Reimei Honjozo Kami-Sen" from Taiseki Shuzo, the only sake brewery in Okinawa Prefecture. In conjunction with the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival held in September, I introduced the people of Sake-no-wa to an Okinawan specialty store where they could purchase Reimei! I bought a bottle too, and the clerk talked to me and asked "What's this sake?" 😅 He was surprised to see the sales of Reimei suddenly went up 😳. I told her that it was the only brand of sake in Okinawa and very rare (it was also written on the store's popup 😅). It was served cold at room temperature. The appearance is yellowish crystal. The aroma is mild. It has a classic sake-like alcohol and koji aroma. The taste is smooth, with a warm sweetness from the brewer's alcohol, followed by a light sourness that spreads and finishes with the stimulation of the alcohol. On the back of the box, there is a very interesting description of the history and thoughts of Reimei from its birth to the present. Reimei is a passionate sake that supports a part of Okinawa's sake culture. With this, we have now completed the 47 prefectures of Okinawa. The rest is overseas 😄. I hope to meet more great sake in the future 😎. Thank you very much for your hospitality 😊.

Congratulations to Aladdin for winning the national championship 🎉! I was not able to win the competition, so it will be tough to win within this year, but I will try to do my best at my own pace 😁. I was blind to the antenna store, but I wonder if it will be restocked before my next visit😅.

Thank you, Gyve 😊. I'm sorry it's getting harder to win by the end of the year, but I don't think there's any rush, so let's take our time 🍶I'll check again when I get a chance to see if there are any more in stock: ☺️

Thank you Maecin 😊. Reimei, I bought it because I hadn't yet explored Okinawa 😄I think it's still relatively easy to get it since there are antenna stores in big cities like Tokyo and Osaka 🤔.

Thank you, bouken 😊. I was impressed to know from the description on the box that they are making sake with a lot of ingenuity and hard work in a hot place with a lot of passion ☺️ certainly, otherwise they wouldn't be able to continue making sake in Okinawa 🤔.

Thank you very much, Haruei Chichi 😊. I think they knew about it because it was written on the popup in the store, but they must have been surprised by the sudden sales 😳 Well, to be honest, I don't think it's unreasonable 😁.

Thank you Rafa papa 😊. I can't sleep with my feet turned because it might be thanks to Rafa that the antenna store in Osaka started to carry Reimei 😁I might be able to get it back in stock if I ask 🤔.

Thank you Manachie 😊. Same to the right 😁 or rather, no one except those who do sake wa would be so crazy as to look for sake instead of awamori in Okinawan stores 😅we must keep the sake light on in Okinawa 😤.

Thank you Jay & Nobby 😊. The sake boom in Kochi never came even though the Tosa sake brewery did a morning drama on NHK about the family home 😅Now that TV's influence has diminished, let's create a boom with Sake no Wa 😎🍶.

Thank you, Maru 😊. I'm glad you purchased Reimei 😄. I'm not that aware of the national conquest originally, but now that the national map of Sake no Wa is safely tinted green, it's comforting to think that I won't have to be completely aware of it 😁.

Aladdin, congratulations on winning the national championship ㊗️🎊🗾 Okinawa is difficult. I had to get an Okinawan resident to find it locally to clear it 😅. Please continue your relaxed sake life from now on 😆 I look forward to your ☺️ posts 😆.

アラジン
Thank you very much Lutertemi 😊. It seems more difficult to achieve with the help of local people 😳This time we conquered the whole country without mail order, but the distribution of sake that can do that normally is amazing🤔I still want to drink more different kinds of sake😁.
