Sukiyaki for dinner
I was a little excited to have a standard meat.
I don't like beef, so I tucked into my mother-in-law's delicious side dishes.
Here is the accompaniment for such a rich dish!

This time it was a nigori sake that I won in a drawing!
Jikin is one of the sake that got me hooked on the sake swamp, so I know it is delicious!
By the way, I already had this one at my favorite Yakitori restaurant!
So, let's have it right away!
The first thing is the aroma.
First, the aroma. It has a fresh aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the chile chile is more robust than you remember.
The sweetness, complexity, and dryness of the chile chile are exquisite!

The sweetness and umami are delicious!
I think it was freshly opened at a yakitori restaurant, but it was very tasty, although the image was more chili-like and dry than last time!
My father-in-law and brother-in-law also enjoyed it! They were very happy with it, and it was a fulfilling revival sake!
Heating up the sake
The next day, we also had the recommended nigori (nigori-style) heated sake!
The aroma is very sake-like.
The aroma has a strong sake-like flavor, and the taste in the mouth is plump and delicious.
