Natural red yeast
Rice polishing ratio 90
Alcohol 8
Lovely 🩷 color
Modern sweet and sour aroma mixed with classic
Chilli and drink it, but it tastes of both 🤔.
It has a unique taste, probably due to the 90% milled rice ratio!
2-4 days, sweetness up, sweet and sour with a strong sweetness.
Gradually the taste becomes clearer and I like it better than freshly opened!
This season is the return of my favorite 🩷 colored sakes and labels 😆.
The third one is a long time 🦫.

I'm addicted to the rakkyo tasting chromi🦫 😆.
It reminded me of the first time I tried Potato French Salad or Pringles Sour Cream Onion 🙂.
