ポンちゃんWhile going to Nishimura-san to buy sake, we strolled around the same sightseeing spots as before. Nanzenji - Eikando - Philosopher's Path 👣.
We had lunch at Omen near Ginkakuji Temple. Udon noodles with kinpira gobo (burdock root), daikon (radish), cabbage, and various other condiments. I drank with this one... ♪
100% Gunma Wakamizu
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 15-16 degrees Celsius
Aromatic and fruity. Fresh and refreshing because it is unpasteurized, with a gentle sweetness.
Sourness and umami by sake yeast and yamahai making. It is still refreshing, well-balanced, and easy to drink ♡.
It was delicious with light dishes such as oudon (Japanese noodle) without disturbing each other.
I haven't had it in about 30 years, but it was just as delicious and nostalgic as it used to be, thank you ✨.
With our bellies full, it was time to go shopping!
