In the middle of Sentori, we opened a bottle of Ruga-chan, which we haven't had since last year's Sandesi, a souvenir of our trip to the Chugoku region 🤗.
And here is a bottle I got at Tsudanuma Seven! I had gotten it from the store's taste notes 🤔I forgot what it was like 😆.
Hakutsuru Nishiki is a sake rice that I've never heard of before, but it's a special rice that Hakutsuru Sake Brewery has been cultivating, so I have a special feeling about it😊I have an image that it's dry, so I opened the bottle hoping that it would probably go better with sashimi...
The aroma is somewhat similar to Senkou with a muscat flavor.
The first sip is a bit sweet, but the refreshing sourness follows. It's not dry, but I think this one would go well with sashimi 🤔It's a delicious food sake!
I also paired it with a side dish recommended by Mayu from Seven🏪, "Grilled mackerel over an open flame with grated ponzu sauce" 😋.
By the way, I stayed at my father's place during my three-day business trip to Tokyo last week and left my sister free on the first night because I was there 😊I told my father to take his medicine when he woke up in the morning and went to work.
The next night, my sister asked my father, "Who was staying with you yesterday?" The next night, my sister asked my father, "Who was staying with you yesterday?" and he said, "I wonder who it was - Nobby?
