Double celebration sake for Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery's 100th anniversary and 25th anniversary of Nabeshima 🍶.
It's a very happy sake worthy of the 500CI 😊.
CLASSIC uses yeast from when Nabeshima was first introduced to the world.
The Heian-emaki style label was created by Hinako Iimori, the 4th generation, and is a tribute to Tomikuchiyo, which was once brewed by the Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery.
The appearance is a pale silver yellow, almost transparent.
The aroma is fresh and gorgeous.
Pear, peach, melon with a hint of green, young banana, charming honeysuckle, and chervil.
There are also hints of powdery rice flour and freshly pounded rice cake.
Very light and smooth texture.
Refreshing on the tongue with a slight gassy sensation.
The silky, smooth sweetness and gentle, fine acidity flow smoothly.
The beautiful sweetness and acidity spreads in the mouth while giving a sense of umami, and then it flows away and disappears.
The lingering finish is long and free of any cloying flavors, leaving only beauty.
It is a beautifully clear Nabeshima with a sense of quality.
Thinking about the 100-year history of Tomikuchiyo Shuzo and its future 100 years, I renewed my determination to deepen my knowledge and gain more experience.
