I had been wanting to have a glass of Jyushiyo for a while, and my husband took me to a restaurant that was hard to get a reservation for: ❣️
It was the first time for me to drink Jyushiyo!

Alcohol 15%.
It has a fruity aroma, and when you drink it, it has a little bit of sweetness and umami. The acidity is refreshing and there is no cloying taste!
Peach? Melon? Anyway, not too sweet, beautifully fruity and fresh ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡.
It went well with red snapper and tuna as well as fatty sashimi like otoro (fatty tuna)!
All the dishes at this restaurant are delicious, but the sashimi is especially fresh and makes me feel happy ♡♡♡♡!
