How to drink:Chilled.
Nose: Fresh fruity aroma with a hint of orange. It does not have a matured aroma.
Taste: Almost no sweetness or acidity. Very refreshing and easy to drink. In other words, do not drink too much.
This "Daisakyu" from Tottori I really like. Really smooth and close to a daiginjo ....isn't labeled either so not sure what grade. The Big Desert exceeded expectations....
The second San-in sake is Bijincho Laugh.
This is another sake with a refreshing taste.
When drunk with firefly squid crackers, the lingering taste of sake disappears and only the flavor of the firefly squid remains in the mouth.
You will drink it in no time at all.
