Happy New Year! I wish you all a happy new year as well 🙇.
We served our New Year's Day Daiginjo with gold leaf from Banshu Meijo, which is our roots. It is perfect as a New Year's food sake. It is easy to drink and has no habits, but the subtle hints of umami are very good 😉.
The cup is a pine bark tenmoku cup that was given to us by Lord Nobunaga, which we will see only on New Year's Day 🤗‼︎
