My first 🎉 Sanfoshiku-san❗️ I wanted to try this 🎶
This sake is a collaboration product with Kikumori Sake Brewery's "After Death Sabaki ni Aru" (thank you Ninomiya-san for the information😄)
The font of the product name is very similar💡.
It may be hard to tell from the picture, but it has a yellowish
(🌾等外山田錦 . (🌾Igai Yamadanishiki & Igai Omachi 50/50)
I was expecting it to be heavy, but when I drank it...
The freshness that is typical of nama-shu
The sourness is outstanding!
It's not heavy, but it's dry and crisp.
Without the sauce, it's too sour for me.
It matches perfectly with fruit tomatoes👍.
The label of Miyoshigiku-san is really unique.
I think this kind of playfulness will expand the base of sake fans❗️
