Special Junmai🍶Hitachi-nishiki🍁 from Ibaraki Prefecture🌾.
Slightly yellow (slightly), cold sake. It is gradually crisp and dry. It has a hidden riceiness and umami. It makes you crave for a snack. It goes well with the crispy walleye 😆Warmen it up to 50 degrees for a more umami and mild taste. Heating up is the right thing to do 😅.
It also goes well with pork gizzards after 2 days of aging 😆 Also with stir-fried squid and gammo with Egyptian salt 😆 It's a sake that goes well with food 😆.
The label design is "Ukanomitama", a goddess closely related to foxes who is widely believed to be the god of agriculture (Tajin) and Inari (Inari-san) 🤔.

Tanokami, the rice spirit "Ukanomitama", is commonly referred to as a goddess of agriculture, enshrined at Inari Shrine, and is closely related to foxes. The label on the back of the bottle states that these agricultural deities have generally been referred to as "tanokami" ❗.
I can be bewitched by a fox, and I have to drink it when I hear that it is a goddess 🤤.
The lady said it was quite dry, but it had a fruity taste ❗It was indeed dry, clean and sharp 😊It also had a bitter and sour taste that increased as the temperature went up ❗

Sagashiro Shoten is in Kushiro ❗They sell Hana Yuu and other sake that you don't see very often 😊I recommend Satou, a famous sake shop in Kushiro❗They have a good lineup including Kaze no Mori 😉.
