Glorious Fuji Senryu Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake 720ml - Seasonal Only Sweet rice fragrance, charcoal feel, refreshing, spring feel, sligthly thin, simple. This is a new sake (virgin) that retains the original flavor of rice wine. We named it "Senryu" because we wanted to offer it to the Japanese Dragon God for a taste. Since the sake is only produced once a year, it is as precious as a sacred sake. This sake has a strong rice aroma and a refreshing taste. Because it is a raw sake, it has a cool, charcoal sourness, which makes it even more appetizing and refreshing! Drink with Kaho and my mum.

I bought it at Yamagata Kaikan in Ginza. It is the brewer of Eiko Fuji. It has a sweet and fruity aroma. It has a light sweet taste. It is crisp. It is mellow and delicious. I drank it chilled.
