Not sake, not amazake? It looks like amazake, but not as sweet as amazake. I can feel the history of how it was drunk in the past. It may be easy to drink for those who don't like sake. I think this could be made into a dessert. It would be fun to mix it with something like gelato and make it like "sake eaten with a spoon"! (I wonder if it's possible to have the brewery make it?)
