Not sake, not amazake?
It looks like amazake, but not as sweet as amazake.
I can feel the history of how it was drunk in the past.
It may be easy to drink for those who don't like sake.
I think this could be made into a dessert.
It would be fun to mix it with something like gelato and make it like "sake eaten with a spoon"! (I wonder if it's possible to have the brewery make it?)
(I wonder if it's possible to have a brewery make it?) If we compare it to Pokémon, it could be Milokaros (white and red colors and a reprint of Muromachi era sake → evolution of Himbus).
