This sake is a modern reissue of Hakata's famous jidenzake, which was considered one of the three most beautiful sake by Taikoh Hideyoshi.
The sake has a sake strength of -134.
It is thick, silky, and quite sweet.
It is like a milk dessert.
The rough texture left in the mouth is like that of grated apple.
People around me said it was too sweet, but I personally liked the sweetness.
