Before the Tokyo expedition and drinking
I went to Heiwa Doburoku Kabuto-cho Brewery, which I was curious about.
Kido's Heiwa Brewery brews doburoku in their store.
brewed and ready in two weeks.
We had two kinds of doburoku and a new Kido sake.
We were also shown the doburoku being brewed.
Doburoku plain
Doburoku with a hint of rice
10 degrees Celsius, with a freshly brewed feel.
Doburoku Hop
As the store owner said, it has a strong sour taste.
Cider without sweetness.
In the process of brewing regular doburoku, hops are added at the end of the brewing process.

but it's pretty sour.
I guess it's a matter of taste...

You can have it while visiting Hasegawa or any of the antenna stores 😊.
