I was at a concert of a friend of mine and halfway through the concert, I was wondering where to go. I searched for a place to go, and luckily I found heated up + vino today, which is open from 3:00 pm. ❤️ I had the place to myself and relaxed 🎵. I had a warmed up Tomirei with a chaser of Kappa's Tokuri😃✨⤴️ colander soda 😋😋😋😋 with duck 😋😋😋 and ❤️

The second cup of heated sake. I ordered this sake because I was curious about the label. It has a stronger acidity than the first cup of Tamasakura, but it also has a strong umami flavor that flows smoothly as you swallow. It has a Sake meter rating of +11, which is equivalent to a very dry sake, but the acidity makes it not as spicy as the number suggests. As the temperature drops, the spiciness gradually comes out.

It's getting cooler, so today we're having heated sake. The first sip is quite acidic, but as you continue drinking, you begin to taste the umami of the rice. The aftertaste is dry and refreshing, and you will never get tired of drinking it.
