The second cup of heated sake. I ordered this sake because I was curious about the label.
It has a stronger acidity than the first cup of Tamasakura, but it also has a strong umami flavor that flows smoothly as you swallow.
It has a Sake meter rating of +11, which is equivalent to a very dry sake, but the acidity makes it not as spicy as the number suggests. As the temperature drops, the spiciness gradually comes out.
