I went to "Muro-machi Kaji".
Aozora Junmai Sake (Miyamanishiki)
Flash aroma and slight sweetness as new sake.
Not flashy, but well-balanced.
Delicious.
After this, we went to Sawaya Matsumoto in connection with Fushimi.
4 sake bottles 😁.
