I combined the remnants of carp umami with stir-fried bee larva with salt. The local products of Shinshu are not found in other parts of Japan. Fried bee larva with salt is like a snack. When mixed with adult bee larvae, they look wild. It is a refreshing drink. It does not feel dry, but it disappears from the mouth quickly and cleanly.
