boukenHiroki's new brand. Not Tobiroki?
Last sake ordered from Kurumiya in Hachinohe.
I thought I couldn't buy it in Kansai, but Daimaru Umeda store had it😅.
I thought it was only for special dealers, but it seems they also bring it to department stores for tasting and selling.
This is the first time I have tasted a rice called "Golden Wind". It has a gaseous taste and a rich sweet flavor. It has the feeling of an adult's soda. There is a lingering taste of rice.
If the gas is reduced, it tastes good, but the characteristics are weakened and it becomes a common taste.
If I see it again, I will buy it.
The font and layout of the label is very similar to Tenka's. I wonder if they are related? Is it related to the same design company? And the shape of the sake lid is the same. boukenI found a sapphire fire-roasted one at Yamaya before and it was so delicious that I ordered it from Kurumiya in Hachinohe. I can't find Rokune in Kansai.... I don't think Yamaya carries it on a regular basis.
It has a light taste but is sweet and has a pleasant aftertaste. The acidity comes first, then the sweetness. I think the sapphire I drank before was a little sweeter. ポンちゃんGood morning, bouken!
I was wondering if it's rare for you to order this. I was just looking at it and saw that a friend of my husband's bought one in the same color when he was in Aomori the other day. It's a very hard to find and delicious sake 😳 boukenHi Pon-chan!
I don't buy as much as I can because the shipping and cooler fee will cost me a lot 😅I bought Rokune because I really don't see it in department stores in the Kanto area 😅I think they are selling it in department stores in the Kanto area.... I'm sure you'll be able to find some in the Kansai area as well 🤗. boukenThis is the first time I drink it at home. I bought it from Kurumiya in Hachinohe because they only sell one bottle of sake in my neighborhood. I also bought two other kinds of sake that cannot be bought in Kansai.
The packaging was very careful and excellent.
The aroma is subtle, with hints of strawberries and berries. The refreshing sweetness and acidity are pleasant. The final taste is bitter. I have the impression that Miyamanishiki and other sake I have had in the past were sweeter. I wish there was a store in Kansai where I could buy Shugou...
I heard that the sake brewery here is aging, with all the employees over 65 years old. I wonder if that's why they don't distribute much. tomoさんHi bouken😄
This brewery seems to be quite small, and when I got into it more than 20 years ago, the father of the liquor store said it was hard to buy it anywhere else. Indeed, I haven't seen it at all since I left Saitama. boukentomo_loves_junmaishu Good evening 🌃
It's been a rare drink for more than 20 years 🙀 and many stores are out of stock even online 😿........ RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
