Very nice. Kind of neutral, with a noticeable alcohol bite. Not sweet at all. I'd buy this again. Just wish I didn't have to mail order Kochi (or Shimane) sake from San Francisco.

Very true. Rihaku exports some, but I won't pay that much. price is 3 times the Japanese price.

Very neutral. Not sure how to describe the flavor. With food it is somewhat invisible. Like some of the light Niigata sakes. A little tart with a small bite in the aftertaste. Yamada Nishiki rice, milled to 50%.

Nice. No bite to it. Easy to drink and relatively mild. It has the same flavor throughout, it doesn't change. Medium sweet. It went very well with 春菊の肉巻き.

A good Kochi sake. I had to drive to San Diego to buy it (and many other sakes). Dry and light. No bite in the aftertaste. I will work on finding more from Suigei Shuzo.

Very full nama flavor, moderately sweet and fruity. I was surprised at how well the strawberry flavor comes through. For me it would need to be paired with pretty strongly flavored dishes.
