The last one is Marusan-ya limited edition sake.
Of the three sakes we drank today, this one had the best rice sweetness and flavor.
This is also a sake that goes well with seafood and is very tasty!
The second cup is Hakugaku Sen.
This one is a straight, straight-forward, light, dry sake from the middle of the line 🙆♂️
I have the impression that there are many light and dry sake in Fukui, even in Hokuriku.
Except for Mai-bijin.
Today I went to Tsuruga for a day trip.
At Tsuruga's izakaya, Marusan-ya (Japanese-style pub) 🍶.
First, we had a glass of Kuroryu.
It is a light and dry sake with umami flavor, and I felt that it is indeed a Kuroryu.
It is a sake that goes well with fish. It was delicious!
The second cup is Wakasa.
It has a ginjo aroma and is fruity and easy to drink!
The station in Tsuruga is being renovated, and now all we have to do is wait for the Shinkansen to open, which we are looking forward to 😌.
Second day of Hokuriku trip.
At Marusan-ya in Tsuruga.
A fruity and refreshing drink 🍶.
We had it with crab sashimi and local fish sashimi, and it was already great 👏👏.
I'm going on a business trip to Fukui today, and I'm going to drink a kokuryu.
My boss, who is from Fukui, has been recommending it to me for a while, but it's so easy to drink!
