Morishima dry sake, bottle warmed and fired. 15°C original. I had an image of Morishima as gorgeous and fruity, but this was my first dry sake. This is also a mature, mellow dry sake with a gorgeous floral mouthfeel, but it is crisp without being sweet.
It is a modern dry sake with a classical structure, but with a modern style. If I were to use an analogy, it would be like an IT guy who just came from the countryside and is drinking at the top floor of a hotel bar in Ebisu.
