The major place of Jikin. Polishing ratio 60 1,400 yen for a single brew (expensive indeed!!!) I drank it for the first time! This is...u, yummy...!!!! This is the Jikkai I've heard so much about...! I can drink any amount of it! As expected of a famous sake.... I've compared it with other sake, but it's a cut above the rest. No wonder it is resold at a high price. You should buy it as soon as you find it. I hope you will too.

We received Jikon's Aizan. Polishing ratio 50%. A single batch probably costs about 2,000 yen (as expected, it is expensive). Too good... I guess you can't buy it in the first place, but if you have the chance to buy it, this is the one to buy. Like Jikin's default, it has a sharp corner. But it is sweet and delicious. I compared it with both of them, but I can't decide which one is better. If you have a chance to drink it, please do!

Yakitori Izakaya Kintoki. A famous restaurant in Nagoya. I drank Hanaabi for the first time. The price was 1,400 yen for a single brew. Polishing ratio of 48% (halfway through the bottle, lol). Ugh, it's so good! It's called "pineapple sake" for a reason! This is so good! I've heard rumors about Hana-yosu... It's delicious, tasty, and easy to drink. The aftertaste is not as refreshing as Shinmasa or Jyushiyo, but there is nothing to compare it to... in the first place. It's hard to buy in the first place, so it's understandable why it's so hard to find. I will add it to my favorite list.

A classic sake with a modern sweetness A glass of modern sweetness in a classic sake. Smart, light and dry. Classic but with a hint of sweetness. Special Junmai was more balanced, but this one is more classic, I thought this one was more like a classic sake. I thought it was a bit weak on its own because it was more classic. I thought it was a little too much for me, As soon as I paired it with the kimotare skewers that came out, I was surprised at how much it changed and I was like "oooooooh! It was a perfect match with the tare-type comb!
