Hanaabi越後五百万石 純米大吟醸 無濾過生原酒
まさやま
Yakitori Izakaya Kintoki.
A famous restaurant in Nagoya.
I drank Hanaabi for the first time.
The price was 1,400 yen for a single brew.
Polishing ratio of 48% (halfway through the bottle, lol).
Ugh, it's so good!
It's called "pineapple sake" for a reason!
This is so good!
I've heard rumors about Hana-yosu...
It's delicious, tasty, and easy to drink.
The aftertaste is not as refreshing as Shinmasa or Jyushiyo, but there is nothing to compare it to... in the first place.
It's hard to buy in the first place, so it's understandable why it's so hard to find.
I will add it to my favorite list.
