Why one less shishamo, can I shove it? Is it inevitable considering the recent price hike, or has the world become a lonely place?
I think it is the best match for seafood in Hokkaido with its sweetness and light flavor. It is not wine, but I think sake needs to be matched with sake as well. No wonder people don't drink sake anymore.
