Last night I had dinner with my business partner and others.
Daikanyama Yamabiko.
There are not many kinds of Sake so I sent 4 bottles from Masaruyasan.
Sharaku - W - Taisho no Tsuru - Sagata.
Sharaku is still excellent.
Fresh aroma, fruity, slight bubbles, sweetness - acidity.
And Sake Mirai. Yamagata's famous sake rice.
It must be delicious.
It was the best match with fresh fish.
Beer -> Sharaku -> 3 bottles left.
4 bottles for 4 people, I don't remember the second half 😢. 遥瑛チチGood morning, Duke Shibuya 😃.

Dinner with three friends I have known through work for 25 years. We had dinner at Daikanyama Yamabiko again.
We are friends who get along well, so the conversation is lively.
We had two bottles left over from the six we brought from Yajima Sake Shop last time. Laughing Shiki and Tasake.
This may be the first time for me to drink Shoki.
It is a well-balanced and elegant sake with a sweetness that comes first.
It is not as showy as Tazake, but I thought it was a good food sake.
Beer x 2 -> 1 bottle of Shoki + 1 bottle of Tasake -> Lemon Sour 遥瑛チチGood evening, Duke Shibuya 🌇.
I envy you, drinking out as usual 😁.

Last night was work related + 4 of my college classmates drinking.
We brought 4 bottles of sake to the restaurant and had a blast.
Matsuo boast of Kangiku.
It seems that this sake is brewed in close cooperation with the farmers of Matsuo-machi, Yamatake City, where Kangiku brewery is located.
It was my fourth bottle, so I don't remember much about it,
It was a mature and refreshing sake, not like Kangiku.
Beer, Amami, Yokoyama, Kaze no Mori, Matsuo boast, highball. After returning home, I had a glass of Kurokirishima.
