The color of this one is also a bit green.
It tastes a little sweet!

GasVari, a Japanese sake planned and marketed by volunteers in Hakodate, was exported to Europe for the first time in June 2019. GasVari is a special junmai sake produced by Club Gastronomie Variados, a professional group of chefs active in the Hakodate area, who have restored Matsumae, a brand-name rice widely grown in the southern Hokkaido region in the past, and commissioned Rokka Shuzo (Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture) to brew it using this rice. The dishes are served one after another, and the chef keeps serving us delicious dishes with a little extra effort!
The sashimi is fresh!
I could eat a belly full of cod!
The next sake was Oroku!
Hachimaru 80% polished rice, unadulterated sake, served on Oroku's debut!
The color is a bit pale.
The taste is deep!
It reminded me of the Oroku sake drinking comparison party I once attended in Sapporo and Uriinde!

They have a lot of sake!
I don't think I can take a picture of the bottles!
We started with Morishima, which is hard to find!
Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki was written on the bottle, so this must be it!
A refreshing and tasty sake.
There were two groups of two customers in front of us, and they seemed to be regulars!
I decided to leave the dishes to the chef on this day!
There are some sakes that I'm interested in, so let's have it soon!
