There are some labels on the wall that are not on the menu! I asked the owner if they have Houou Mita, and he nodded yes! If so, please order that red label Houou Mita. Here comes the fruity sake! But it is quite refreshing! Nigiri Sushi were being served one after another! We had 12 kinds of sushi! In addition, there were 9 kinds of snacks in total! The sake was poured in stylish Riedel glasses! I drank 4 kinds of sake! The first customers left a little while ago! It's time for me to leave too! Dr. Fukuzawa and Mr. Eiichi Shibusawa, the price was so reasonable that I could get a good chunk of change back for the price of one ticket! The owner said he knew Ms. Mishina's husband! I would like to visit again, Kouzushi near Yunokawa Onsen station! Thank you very much for the food! We started late, so it was a good decision to soak in the hot spring first. ♨️ extensive knowledge Rice used: "Yamadanishiki" from Nishiwaki district, Hyogo Prefecture Polishing: 40 Specified name sake, etc. Junmai Daiginjo/nama-shu Degree of alcohol content 16

The entrées went on and on before we even got to the sushi. It's delicious 😋. The sake also goes down a treat! When I told the owner that I was having a hard time deciding between the Gasbari and the V-check, he suggested the Gasbari, Hakodate's sake! The color of this one is also a bit green. It tastes a little sweet! You can't find it posted in Sake-no-Wa! I found something rare! extensive knowledge GasVari, a Japanese sake planned and marketed by volunteers in Hakodate, was exported to Europe for the first time in June 2019. GasVari is a special junmai sake produced by Club Gastronomie Variados, a professional group of chefs active in the Hakodate area, who have restored Matsumae, a brand-name rice widely grown in the southern Hokkaido region in the past, and commissioned Rokka Shuzo (Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture) to brew it using this rice.

The owner of the sushi restaurant was introduced on TV as a French chef! The dishes are served one after another, and the chef keeps serving us delicious dishes with a little extra effort! The sashimi is fresh! I could eat a belly full of cod! The next sake was Oroku! Hachimaru 80% polished rice, unadulterated sake, served on Oroku's debut! The color is a bit pale. The taste is deep! It reminded me of the Oroku sake drinking comparison party I once attended in Sapporo and Uriinde! knowledge of Oroku Specific name: Junmai Rice used: Yamadanishiki from Higashiizumo Town Rice polishing ratio 80 Alcohol content 17.5

On Saturdays, I usually watch "Tabi Salad" in the morning. Last week, I was introduced to Hakodate. I called and visited a sushi restaurant I was curious about. They have a lot of sake! I don't think I can take a picture of the bottles! We started with Morishima, which is hard to find! Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki was written on the bottle, so this must be it! A refreshing and tasty sake. There were two groups of two customers in front of us, and they seemed to be regulars! I decided to leave the dishes to the chef on this day! There are some sakes that I'm interested in, so let's have it soon! knowledge of Japanese cuisine Rice ... 100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio ... 60 Alcohol content...15% (original sake) Sake degree ... +2 Acidity ... 1.6

Masaaki Sapporo, I found this restaurant by chance on TV. It is quite good. The sushi is good and they have a variety of sake. They have Oroku, which I thought was great.
