しんしんSY
The entrées went on and on before we even got to the sushi.
It's delicious 😋.
The sake also goes down a treat!
When I told the owner that I was having a hard time deciding between the Gasbari and the V-check, he suggested the Gasbari, Hakodate's sake!
The color of this one is also a bit green.
It tastes a little sweet!
You can't find it posted in Sake-no-Wa!
I found something rare!

GasVari, a Japanese sake planned and marketed by volunteers in Hakodate, was exported to Europe for the first time in June 2019. GasVari is a special junmai sake produced by Club Gastronomie Variados, a professional group of chefs active in the Hakodate area, who have restored Matsumae, a brand-name rice widely grown in the southern Hokkaido region in the past, and commissioned Rokka Shuzo (Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture) to brew it using this rice.
